Case study
Lynkz Link Analytics Portal
A link-management product gained a focused dashboard for creating short links, reviewing activity, and inspecting analytics without leaving the app.
Open live project
Context
Lynkz needed a credible application surface around a simple promise: shorten links, organize them, and make click activity easier to understand. The product had to feel useful quickly without pretending to be a mature analytics suite.
The problem
The experience needed to combine creation, management, and reporting in one product flow. If analytics lived too far away from link creation, the core loop would feel fragmented.
Constraints
- The dashboard needed to stay lightweight enough for an MVP-stage SaaS product
- Navigation had to make core actions easy to find from every screen
- Analytics screens needed clear structure without relying on inflated growth claims
What Luxa designed
Luxa shaped the product around a sidebar-led SaaS workspace: quick link creation, recent links, activity summaries, and segmented analytics views for the data a customer would naturally inspect.
What Luxa built
A dark SaaS portal with link shortening, link lists, click activity cards, analytics tabs, export controls, and account-level navigation.
Snapshot evidence

Qualitative outcome
- The product moved from link creation alone to a more complete operator workspace
- Analytics became visible through dedicated overview, geography, device, and referrer views
- The interface gave the founder a stronger SaaS surface for demos and customer feedback
What this means for similar businesses
For early SaaS products, the platform surface is part of the pitch. A focused portal can make the product easier to evaluate before the full feature roadmap exists.
